Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us via email or phone (details available on our Contact page) with your order number and cancellation request. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return policy applies instead of direct cancellation.

Return & Refund Eligibility
Once you receive the product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

You inform us within 5 calendar days of delivery of your intention to return, along with order‐number and reason for return. (As listed on our website: “5 Day Returns Guarantee”.) Shrasti Physio Devices

The item is not a consumable or customised product. (If the product was custom‐made for you it may be non‐refundable.)

The product must be returned at your cost unless the return reason is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable period, typically 10-14 business days. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions
Items that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts are not eligible for a full refund. Also, shipping costs for returns due to customer choice are borne by the customer.
